LOW-FIBRE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Foods marked with an asterisk (*) are carbohydrate vegetables so they fit the CARB FIST portion management for your Hand Portion Management Guide in your Nutritional Assessment Handouts that you will have received from Mary-Lou with your email granting you access to this programme.
Once you have completed your Pancreas Support Programme, which Mary-Lou will discuss with you based on your improvements, you can begin to introduce the following low-fibre foods to your meals.
