PAYA (Pay As You Attend)  Live Community Gatherings
TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Tree of Life, Love, Learning and Sharing Community Club Terms and Conditions:

1. By purchasing each session (hereafter referenced as ''PAYA (Pay As You Attend) Live Gathering') you are agreeing that you are a member of ToLLLS ('Tree of Life, Love, Learning &  Sharing' Community Club).

   1. Your purchase is the confirmation (Agreement/Contract Terms) that you agree that this has the effect of removing you from the ‘public domain’ and assigning you to the ‘private domain’, for the purposes of information sharing.

2. Each individual purchase of a ToLLLS Live Gathering will entitle you to Support Materials, as an enhanced value to the information provided during the Live Gatherings. 

3. Once you purchase your PAYA Live Community Gathering, you will be sent a confirmation of attendance with that Gathering’s dedicated Zoom link, as well as any advance Support Materials, by email, and Google Drive Share.​

   1. Should support materials not be relevant in advance, they will be sent within 24 hours of the close of the Live Gathering.

4. Live Attendance has additional benefits, as you pay per Zoom name in the room, so you can invite friends and family to watch on your device while you attend! 

   1. Only one set of Support Materials and one Live Recording will be sent to you after the Live Gathering you purchased 

   2. If you attend live, you will get the recording at NO EXTRA COST!! 

5. Recording purchases will receive the Support Materials in the confirmation email, along with the recording of the Live Gathering purchased.

6. Fees are subject to change without notice.

   1. In the spirit of fairness, the club will endeavour to advise any fee changes with a 2 - 4 weeks notice period.

7. There will be further opportunities to attend live PAYA Community Gatherings, inviting a deeper dive into each of the four areas titled 'BUILDING OUR ‘TREE OF LOVE, LIFE & LEARNING & SHARING (ToLLLS) TOOL KIT.

   1. These Live Gatherings will be created organically as we experience the needs and feedback of the Club Members at the PAYA Live Community Gatherings. 

   2. Prices for these will be made available at the time of creation of such materials and Live Gatherings.

8. Dates for Live Gatherings will be set to accommodate as many of our Global Community as possible e.g. alternate Saturdays at 16h00 (4 pm) GMT/ /11h00 (11 am) EDT / 08h00 (8 am) PST8.1. Should the ToLLLS Community Members' demographics need a change to these time slots, we will do our best to accommodate the majority.

9. Payments for Live Gatherings are made in advance, and are non-refundable, should you be unable to attend. You will receive the recording and Support Materials. 

   1. Should you advise us of your non-attendance with 48 hours' notice of the start time of the Live Gathering you purchased, we will gift you with a  Discretionary Discount on the difference in price between live gatherings and recording purchases, to offset against your next Live Gathering purchase.

   2. This Discretionary Discount will not apply to future recording purchases

10. The fees include a discount for Mary-Lou's ‘Active Clients’ 

    1. An ‘Active Client’ is a client who has engaged in paid consultations or one of the four Regulation Support Plan options in the past 6 months

    2. ‘Inactive clients’ or non-clients will pay the full price of both Live Gatherings and Recordings.

    3. ‘Inactive clients’ or non-clients will be invited to become clients, and Discretionary Discount Offers may apply from time to time.
