Making Decisions from the Heart (40-50 000 Sensory Neurites)

Step 1: Shift Focus
Step 2: Shift Breathing
Step 3: CHOOSE any uplifting, life-affirming or positive feeling
(such as GRATITUDE which is the easiest and most powerful)
Step 4: Ask your heart a DIRECT, CONCISE, BRIEF Question (as a SINGLE SENTENCE) AND

ALWAYS START WITH "MY HEART, …"
So given how ESSENTIAL it is TO SUPPORT YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM,
KEEP CORTISOL AS REGULATED AS POSSIBLE
AND DHEA AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE,
how would you like a SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN FORMULA
to achieve the following in
JUST 3 MINUTES - that lasts UP TO 6 HOURS!

After these 3 minutes, you can:

Reset your Nervous System
Increase DHEA by 100%
Decrease Cortisol by 23%
STABILISE your Gynae Hormones
Reset and build a stronger immune response
Awake longevity enzymes
Create resilience to change
Regulate heart rate variability (HRV)

3-minute EXERCISE:
While you FEEL THE FEELING,
ASK YOUR HEART THREE QUESTIONS:
(Allow the answer to just come - don’t ‘chase’ the answer - it can be a thought or feeling)

ALWAYS BEGIN WITH THE WORDS:
“My Heart…”
Keep your Main question in mind as you ask:
Q1: “My Heart, what do YOU want me to know, RIGHT NOW?”
(make a mental note of the answer if one comes to you straight away)

Q2: “My Heart, what do you need FROM ME, right now?”
(If you are uncertain of a decision you have made on something, or an area of your life, you can formulate a question and ask about that uncertainty, keep the Q brief)

Q3: “My Heart, …ASK YOUR QUESTION)”

NOW LISTEN to your Heart's response:
Answers will always FEEL RIGHT.
They will be OBJECTIVE, CONCISE, BRIEF, DIRECT, and  NON-JUDGEMENTAL.
